Please disregard the previous Action Item concerning SB 67 (Sen. Mark Madsen's Parking Lot Bill) in Alert #287, which went out earlier today. If you’ve already sent a message to Rep. Clark, we thank you for doing so. If you haven’t sent him a message, you don’t need to at this point. Things have changed. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you, but strange things sometimes happen as the legislative session approaches the final stretch. Please do not take any action on SB 67 at the present time until we find out more about what's happening with it. Thanks for you patience and your perseverance.
